Notice period within probation period
Hello i have some query related to resignation in probation period. i have served 30 days notice in my company and after my resignation they dint replied as they told me our boss is not here and he will resume after a month and just before 2 days on completion of my resignation he came and hr had put me a mail that as per offer letter you will have to serve 2 months notice period so you have to extend 1 month. as written in my offer letter: 1. within first 6 months we reserve a right to terminate you if your work founds unsatisfactory. 2. after 6 months 2 months of notice can be served either company or employee 3. once employee is permanent notice of 3 months can be served from either side. my queries : 1. as per above mentioned terms i am confused how much notice period i should submit.? 2. is it true an employee on probation period can leave within 3 days serving notice?
Is there any deduction if we not serve the notice period?
I want to know is there any deduction in the salary if the notice period is not served in the probation period? as i informed the organization verbally about my resignation and according to that i served the complete notice period but one day before my last day they said that they will accept a written resignation only. but at that time i was no having time to serve again according to the written resignation dates. it was nowhere mentioned in their hr manual and joining letter about the deduction in the salary if one will not serve the notice period in the probation or a permanent employee. so is it legal to claim my salary for the notice period.

Hello i would like to know some hr policies. 1 are the rules applicable for the employer on probation and has not received any appointment letter? 2if a person has served for the institute only for 15 days probation period after which he//she resigns for personal reasons without serving notice period is he/she liable to pay the difference amount? please do reply. manasi.

Dear all one of my causin have joined one of the wll known company & have been working there for from last one month. he is not satisfied with his job profile and work culture & so wants to put the papers. in the appointment letter its mentioned that probation period will be of 6 months & also there is clause of notice period of 3months from either side. but in that notice period clause it not mentioned that whether its appicable after completition of probation or during probation also. can he able to resign on the short notice of one day or max week? or he will be liable to ocmplete the notice period in probation also? please guide. kshiti
