| Leave Policy We are a small software development company with strength of 25 employees and by 1st Jan 2008 we will be a year old. I am HR here and am forming the Leave Policy.
The policy which aqlready exists here avails 3 weeks of paid vacation along with 1paid leave each month...........thats too much.......right? So firstly, I want to know the leave policy in company with similar background.
Secondly, 20% of the employees have received the benefit of this policy this year and remaining have not taken. So how should I take this issue further. Should I just go forward and implement the new policy or what should I do for those who have not taken the benefit of the old policy..............am confused. Please guide me.
