I have just moved to the USA from England and would like to ask all of the US based members if it is worthwhile attempting the SPHR or PHR qualifications.
If so how hard is it to pass and what are the benefits of having the qualification.
I have 6 years General Management experience, how ever this was all in the UK.
Any advice will be welcome.
