leadership style assesment

Hi people ,
I hm doing my research on Assessing leadership styles,i got enough datas Different types of styles and profile of differen types of leaders,since my research covers banking,BPO,IT,Retail & manufacturing can some body give a lead to styles in different organization.

I would appreciate, if you edit this and present in a perfect rythm. It would be very useful to all present and would be Leaders and Managers.
