how to prepare Expense Management-mis report

Hi, I am Priti,

Please help & guide to prepare MIS report for expense mangement.

one way is to list down all the expense heads under which expenses are booked in the TRIAL BALANCE of a company. against those heads enter the net amount(Dr.- Cr.) given in the trial bal.
Also you have to consider the increase/decrease in finished stocks, if required.

Hi Priti,

Collate complete data in one excel file and prepare a pivot table by employees, there expenses & Aging analysis.

It will give you employee wise details grouping in ages(<30 Days, 30-60,60-90,>90 Days )

Please let me know if you have further doubts else provide me the sample expense sheet I will send you with a prepared report.
