Dear Sir(s)
We are a developing real estate and infrastructure company of Gujarat, over a period of time we have grown from 15 people organization to almost 400 people organization including engineers and other staffs.
Our major concern is to bring behavrioul changes in some of our old staffs who are with us since our inceptions many of them are not very educated but are knowledgeble and capable on the basis of their experience and many of them enjoys a high degree of faith with our directors, many of the times it is observed that they resist any move towards creating a more proffessional and transparent organziation. There way of natural behaviour within the organzation and with some of our suppliers/customers and other stake holders are not civilzed in many ways. We cannot remove them from our organization, neither we can accepth theirs present way of behaviour, we wish to bring change in their vision for the company and for themselves, we wish them to be more civilized, disciplined, understanding, knowledgeable and proactive in introducing modern management practices in the company.
can anyone suggest the methodology to do it without disturbing their personal egos and general working environment in the company.
