Default New offer-should i consider

hi everyone

hope all r doing fine.

frnds,i need ur suggestion for the following

i am working as asst manager-HR
recently i got an offer with good pakage in a finance company and they sent me the offer letter too and asked me to join as early as posible
The job profile mainly involves 75% of recriutment.
But my current employment has all core HR related issues whch i am handling.but the pay is less and also the environment is not friendly.I was desparate to leave the ompany and timely i got this offer with different profile.I was deided to join and i even resigned my job.Because i thought ,though the new offer is mainly involves recrutiment but the comapny and pakage was good and i compromised with my profile.

today i got one more offer from a aircraft manufacturing company with high pay and the profile is as same as i was handling in current company. This job is based in Bangalore where as the previous offer was involved high travelling around karnataka.

nw frnds, pls help me out .whether i should join the finance company with diffrent profile or should i consider the new offer in aircraft company?

i have already resinged the current company and promised to join finance company by 1-1-2008

help me out frnds

-awaiting your suggetions

-regards

Dear Mani,

You have already committed the Finance Company to join on Jan 1, and now you are re-considering. Please think with a firm head. You have to decide what is best for you and where you will grow.

Dont jump for salary. Often a high salary has very low job satisfaction.

All the best..Choose the best...

Dear Mr.Mani,

I would suggest you to weigh and consider pro & cons of your job satisfaction areas.
you need to decide between recruitments & HR generalist.
so have a clear head and think about your job satisfaction and growth , the rest will fall in its places.

Hi Mani

dont jump for salary hike, check weather the job description suits you, can you handle the job easily or not, if the new job suits you skills go ahead and assume as a new task. no matter if you have committed to the finance co, yet you have not joined

Hi Mani,

I agree that initially money lures a lot but once you start spending major part of the day at workplace, its not just the pay that matters. Your job profile, job satisfaction matters a lot. You need to analyse various factors like company profile, growth, your job profile etc.before you finally jump to a conclusion.

Hope it helps
Happy thoughts

Hi Mani,

Please don't compromise your profile, kindly continue with same profile which you had in previous company because once change profile you never ever get job satisfaction, but if you compromise with money and company you can get more what you expect so don't compromise on profile. and my best suggestion is to join the aircraft company.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Mani,

Don't compromise with career, I feel that there should be Job Satisfaction wherever you work, be it finance company or the aircraft company.

As I came across your post, I can see that both the profiles has some pros and cons; Finance company is offering a good package but a different profile to you, at the same time Aircraft company is offering you the same profile but requires intensive traveling. And both the offers are equally lucrative.

What I can suggest is, take a call on yourself, question yourself, see what are your strengths: Can you take up the new challenge of Recruitment or can you do the intensive traveling.

All profile are same depending on the capability and strength of individuals in their particular field.

All the Best.....hope you will make a correct decision.
