Kindly give me the suggestions! urgent

Hi All,

Please help me, iam working for a BPO industry in Finance sector, iam getting a CTC of Rs.96,000,i was currently kept on bench,still my process has not yet started,and i am with the organization for 5 months,suddenly i got a good opportunity from my previous Employer (KPO) with an attractive package CTC Rs.2.4 lacs. i want to leave the organization now, but HR people are not allowing me to leave,they are asking me to pay a huge amount (the training cost) which i have not undergo any process training, please help me wether iam doing the right thing by leaving the organisation.

Please Help me,

Hi Venu

Please note that if you have signed an agreement for the training, then you are liable to pay the amount for release from the organization. If you have not signed any document, then it becomes your right to leave the organization after serving the notice period and if they deny giving you the letter, you can file a case against the company as it is the individual's right to stay/leave the company unless or otherwise there is an IPR involved in it

dear sir/madam,

i have not signed any document, i have served 15 days notice period.
please suggest me wether my decision in leaving the org is good or bad.

Hi venu,

You can definetly leave the organization after serving the notice period. You wont have any problems if you leave after the notice period. and regarding the change, jus consider that whether that would be helpful further in your career and take your own decision.
