Great to know that you are on your own.

I am a quality professional working in the BPO-ITES sector since the last 7 years. Actually my cumulative exp is 17 years.

Presently, i am also working as a freelance recruiter just to make some extra money and also to understand recruiting.

I have a few questions, bcoz i am in the process of trying to pick up ideas and concepts when it comes to setting up a venture. If not for me, then, information could also be valuable in checking out with some of my own friends right here in Bangalore.
