Thanks for the help.
We already have the updated version of Exist Interview form.
We are in process to start to retain some of our employees, which are very crucial for the projects. So I required proper points or agenda to start up with the pre-exist interview with the employees to retain them.
I hope you understand my concern.

Hi Samrodha,
For this i would suggest that better arrange a counselling session with the employees.. ask him regarding the exact problem he is facing in the organisation.. n what may be his conditions he would be retained.. Moreover start it with a friendly conversation.. and i'm sure points will come automatically in your mind within the conversation itself..
