 Job Security
Dear All,
I have recently joined an IT company having strength of 60 people.
There is no HR department so I have to start from scratch here ...!!!
For that I started with Employee Satisfaction Survey and 1-to-1 interaction with all the employees ...after which i came to know that employees have job insecurity... they have a fear that management has adopted a policy to fire people who go against then or who are in their black book.
Please advice as how to tackle this problem as i am also worried about my career...............!!! :?
