Dear seniors,

I have 5yrs of exp. In that 3yrs as a coordinator & 2yrs as HR executive. Now also I am working as HR executive. But one of my friend suggested me to open a Placement consultancy, since my husband is a bussiness man.I am confussed with that. So please can you help me whether I have to go with my friends idea or stay with my job?

i feel you stay with your current job is better now and better to try reach the Desiganation HR Manager and get 2 to 3 yrs Exp.
After that you can open your placement Consultancy
