HI Friend,

Most of the times fresher gets an oppurtunity into core activities in corporate thru campus placements, or else gets an opportunity as recruitment consultant..recruitment is definitely most important role of HR, instead waiting for core hr opportunities you can join consultancy, you can learn lot many things.....you would understand recruitment cycle.. and i have seen many getting opportunities at clients place..(kindo f rapport that you have ) it is not time specific.....it is how open you are for learning..it is not easy but def not tough...

ALL THE BEST
