Default Talk to Senior

Dear seniors,

I have 5yrs of exp. In that 3yrs as a coordinator & 2yrs as HR executive. Now also I am working as HR executive. But one of my friend suggested me to open a Placement consultancy, since my husband is a bussiness man.I am confussed with that. So please can you help me whether I have to go with my friends idea or remain with my job?

Hi Shobha,

I blv you should discuss the same with your Husband.
Further,If you feel that you are a very good recruiter and you have business development skills to find out big players as your Clients, then going for a placement consultancy is not a bad idea.
If you feel that your major experience is in Coordination and working to a generalist profile , then you may not find much interest in opening a consultancy.
Rest is the decision between you and your husband.

Bye.
Manjali
