Hi,
If it is an HR- Business Partner opening then the first round will be a written test. Questiuons from mathematics, logical reasoning, english..typical mba type of paper.
In the interview the focus will be on employee engagement activites, induction, exit interviews, appraisal and grevience handling...
hope it helps..all the best..
