A Trend Analysis from 1996 does not have very much use in 2006. I thought the presentation was disjointed and did not seem to flow into a central topic. Most of the information was outdated and therefore not useful.

Hi Praniti,
I am a new member,

A thoughtful presentation. Good one. But I would like to ask you with my eagerness to know How much our Indian company's give importance to training. Even now there are manager whom I know they used to tell who will invest on training and development. People should learn by themselves during their work.

I just join an organization as a head of learning...and I am having to build a global learning stratety and would like to leverage a best practice. I am currently conducting the org. needs assessment. I am looking for some proven techniques to present the strategy and recommendations. Thanks
