see this format is good but what i suggest you is to personalise the format.. wat u must remember in any resignation letter is that u should clearly write all your reasons as to why are you quitting job...you can be very outright in your ideas if you are parting mutually...
but then pls dont forget to maintain a line between decency and outrightness.
