Qualification: B.COM. & Completed 3 years CA articleship. Reason for not completing the CA: I had to go for job immediately as I lost my father during July 1994. I had to head the accounts department then, hence I could not continue my studies.
My Present Portfolio: I have taken the following responsibilities like preparing budgets, comparing the actual with budgets, preparing statement of accounts. I have wide knowledge with regard to Excise, Sales tax, Service Tax, TDS provisions, Income tax, Customs Duty, and Banking etc. In banking I am handling the key areas like preparation of CMA, FFR statements to banks, Drawing power analysis, LC opening, Forward booking, arranging buyers credit , supplier's credit, arranging roll overs etc. I have many experiences with regard to adhering to the Income tax hearings and have experience with many assessing officers of Income tax in my jurisdiction. I have a personal handbook that will tell my style of maintaining the department. I am also handling personal department such as preparing salary, increments, EPF,ESI, Labour rules. I am also given responsibility to take care of legal issues of my concern like finalising the agreements with 7 overseas suppliers.
