Default Interview (Employer offering the job)

Dear All,

Good Morning,

Friends I would like to share the experience which I have got yesterday, I was interviewed by an employer before 15 days for HR department job. I gave there written exam with verbal interview. On the basis of all they called me 3 days back for further discussions.

Yesterday MD told me that your profile is not upto mark that is bearable for me also, because nobody is perfect and as per me no one can say that I m the master of HR (vast field). He was offered me different profile with increased salary. " But his punch line was that you hv to come office at 7.30 Am and there is no exact time to leave".

I got upset because of the attitude of the employer, it seems that he is thinking in a way that if am giving salary to anybody then he/she will work like a bound labour. they are waiting for my reply.

You are all requested to give me some idea about my reply, which should be treatment for his way of thinking.

You are all requested to point out on me also, if I am wrong in somewhere.

As far as my way of thinking is concerned if you have skills then there is no need to adjust with such organisation. In todays world where company keep on thinking to provide different welfare to their employees.

Regards

Thanks for going through

boss,

what according to me is that... if u r having experience in HR, then don't go 4 a changed profile... and if u r a fresher stick to ur choice(HR).

there are many companies...many employers..... nothing to worry...

just chill n cheers!!

regards,
Sandeep.

Dear Friend,

As per your mail the MD has made you upset by his words. But he may be correct also. Improve your skills if any do not join there you might overcome same situations in future too.

Try for another job.

Regards
David

Hi David,

Pls guide me again in detail if u can.

One thing i want to ask you, on what basis u can say MD may be right. Friend its a clear exploitation of human being if you giving more money that does not mean that he or she purchased for 24 hrs.

If you hv different view on it pls explain.

Thanks for ur valuable suggestions.

Regards
