Welcome Debajyoti,
For that you are only required to put the accounts KRA of the respective employees like for Accounts people the KRAs associated with their profile.. and based on that you have to continue your appraisal process..

Thank you Amit.
The problem area is, there is nothing define earlier & I have to define the KRA and doing the PA. There are 10 peoples working in A/C department with One HOD.
Can you suggest me how can I define the KRA of A/C which can be measureable.
My Organisation is into Freight Forwarding and Logistics support provider.
For Customer Service How can I Make the KRA measurable.

Hi Debajyoti,
The KRAs are set on the basis of Job Profile.. and you may prepare it with the consult of their superiors like Head Accounts.. he must be well aware with all their functions..
So better spend soem time with him and discuss the issue and prepare the KRAs for them and then after conduct the appraisal process...
