Business Development Manager Location: Mumbai Job Responsibilities
Proactively, dynamically & creatively grow the business of existing clients
Solicit new clients by promoting service offerings
Work on A/c Penetration Strategies, Pre-Sales Efforts, Proposals & Presentations to promote Service Offerings

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales
At least 5-7 years of total experience with a minimum of 4 years in Sales & ideally overall 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing Industry
Key Qualities
Must possess demonstrable contacts across Mumbai & Pune market
Strong business acumen with fairly good understanding of technology
Excellent communication (verbal and written) & negotiation skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast changing environment
Must be positive, proactive, enthusiastic, self-driven, responsible, and extremely detail-oriented & a team player
Proactive with very high Attention-to-Detail
Technical skillsets: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
