| |  Help me to start my career
Hi all,
I just completed MBA from Bharathiar University and now am working as an HR-Recruiter in a consultancy. I am looking forward a good opening in HR.Now i have experience only as a Recruiter and i want to know more about the HR functions in an organisation.So being a fresher to the HR group could you please help with some tips to start my career.

How are you. Firstly please keep concentrate on your current job. You can get more knowledge regarding HRM through this cite and attend the different simnars. You will have to develop good relations with other H.R proffesionals, they can provide you more knowledge of H.R and also can give you the new job opportunity. there are couple of companies who would recruit candidates for HR-generalist trainee in case you want to specialize as HR-generalist.
