Problem in claiming transfer allowances
Dear seniors greetings. actualy i was transfered from one location a to another location b; the distance is 1200 km between the locations. since my native location c is not 'a'. so during the shifting my households one part has been shifted to my native location c and aonther has been sent to b location. then bill claimed less than maximum eligibility of my level. for ex. if eligilibility is rs.25000 it was claimed rs.24900/ with bill as per hr policy of my company '' the family relocation allowance shall include travel to the transferred location with the family cost of temporary accommodation shifting allowances and any other expense in connection with the transfer. . then we re calculating the max.allowances in kilo meter based of a transfered employee from nearest railway station of a location to nearest railway station of b location. is it right? please clear my doubts. thanks james

Sir i was a trainee/apprenticecomponssiate ground at indian railways on a group c post i have worked only 2 days on my post and then leave that job but doesn\'t join till now .but now i have cleared ibps clerk and i dont want to join the railway job now can i leave that railway job like i am doing till date or i have to go through the process? is not going through the process will create problem for my further ibps clerk joining.i have not taken any salarynot given my certificatesnot given my account no.not alloted any pf no.no document from railway has given to me.

Dear we have been reading and watching the news that there is great improvements in the output of the indian railways in terms of facilities to the passengers and also profit for the railways. the minister for railways shri lalu prasad yadav was invited by the iim to deliver a speech about the success of his efforts. so what are the reasons behind the success. it is said that this sudden turn around is a good topic for managers to think discuss debate and also friends can post their views: my view is that .. he made the railway system easily accessble to the common man. no increase in the railway fare for the last three years. it is a record in indian history. he made small but important changes in the railways compartments. the minister himself very famous for his action. more trains introduced. he created environment for top executives to work freely without fear go on and post your views. wishes senthil raj karpavi_rajyahoo.com

Can contract security personnel apply indian penal code on duty for factory union??
Hi friends we are a group of private contract security personnel working in a reputed multinational factory. recently due to differences with management the factory union has decided to go on strike. my question is a can we as private security personnel apply indian penal code during our line of work inside the factory premises?? b moreover if we are in harm s way during this is can we apply indian penal code rules and international rules and regulations of private security providers rules in this situation..??
