Myself Raghavendra. Presently i am Working in IT Software Company as a HR Generalist. So i need 1 important help from u people. Please guide me on HOW TO MANAGE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS IN ORGANISATION(Specifically in IT Company). So help me out for maintaing Employee Relations in Org. What all the step i need to take maintain Employee Relations IT Software Company.
