Default regarding offer letter

i got an offer letter from a majo insurance company in their direct selling force.i joined the company on 25-10-07.till now the salary is not credited to my account.he branch manager is saying that u will get only the commision and not the salary for doin the businesss,.when u achive the target of 5lak u r salary will be through from that month only.im not getting any basic salary,travelling allowance .can i take any actions aganist anybody

an offer letter is not of much legal value ,if you can prove that u have worked for them full time, then only can you approach labour court in a very discreet manner .
