Suggest assessment company through psycometric tests

Dear All,

Can anyone suggest any assessment and evaluation company for any industry or more specific to financial industry, who conduct psycometric tests etc. before recruitment and also the tools that they use.

If anyone can provide this info it will be very helpful.

We use DISC profiling...You can contact Thomas International for the same...

They do it for all industries...

BTW most of the psychometric tests are not meant to be used for recruitment purpose...
