hi,
I feel, this a very tough question, if anybody ask me.
how to handle a brilliant team member, as this person(22yrs male) is too gud in all the tasks and i couldnt able to fix any weakness on him.
though he put me in trouble in some situation, i like to do some favor in a professional (like promotion/merit certificate) and official manner? pls advice, is there any better way to do so...tnx in advance.
as he really not bothering about monetary gains... coz, while informal chat in cofee session, i asked him, where do you want to stand next/two years later from now? immdly, he is replying, wants to lead top management people, his thougts also healthy, positive and he wants to do some gudthings to society/underprivlege people.

If promotion etc are not possible you can provide him special projects (of his interest) which he can handle alone or as a team lead for a small team ( take care that it doesnt demotivate others), if hes interested in charity & all as you say maybe you can give hime 2 hour off every week to work with them or provide him a monetary reward which is directly donated to his fav. charity.
Allow him to attend any training programs which fit in with potential level & his goals.

There are various ways to appreciate / motivate a team member. Few are
1. Give him a holiday trip.
2. As you mentined, he is interested in leading top management but at the same time I am very sure he is not aware of the challenges for that particular profile. You can always fix a session (informal, like dinner . coffee) with a prominent senior people to get some idea and also get the exposure.
3. He seems to be a bright person so you can arrange some certification/training for him which will help him to groom hinself.
These are few..you can apply accordingly.

is your job fixing weakness on candidates, or you think you are expert in all things. [just kidding]
I did not get the meaning of the above sentence which you had written, why you would like to handle a brilliant team member, better leave them alone and give them the extra that they deserve, over others.
