This is the standard format attached by DSV thats provided by most of the companies, if you wish you add you can mention the last CTC for the concerned employee.
Also you can mention,if you choose to, that Mr./Ms. XYZ had joined the organisation as( initial post) and based on his excellent performance was promoted to (last position held)
The last CTC drwan by him is XXXXXX
