Hey kavin,
Is your research sector specific? If yes, then i suggest you must make a list of top 10 companies in that sector and then personally visit the companies to get firsthand information from them. Well if your search is not sector specific, then you can randomly choose some good companies from various sectors, and go about visiting them. Such information will be more reliable and relevant than any outdated information from the internet. thanks for your suggestion, i have today spoken to my guide and we have decided upon making the topic more specific. so now my topic is
a study on current trends adopted by consultancies to recruit middle level management.

Guys can you suggest how i would go about this topic and also rate the topic according to its usefullness to the industry.
