Is your research sector specific? If yes, then i suggest you must make a list of top 10 companies in that sector and then personally visit the companies to get firsthand information from them. Well if your search is not sector specific, then you can randomly choose some good companies from various sectors, and go about visiting them. Such information will be more reliable and relevant than any outdated information from the internet.
