SAP / ORACLE APPS / PEOPLESOFT; which one is better?

Hi!

I am BE (Comp) & MBA HR. Prior to MBA I had 2 years of work experience. As of now I am working with one the best IT companies in India, in HR generalist role.

I am more interested in a role of HR (functional) consultant. However, I am actually confused :? in choosing one from SAP / Oracle Apps / Peoplesoft.

SAP is widely implemented in manufacturing industry, where as Peoplesoft is used in many of American companies and Oracle is coming up with some new platform called Fusion. Fusion is supposed to integrate Peoplesoft and Oracle Apps.

Can any one pl give more info on this?? Which one would be a good choice for career? My company deals in all of them and I can seek a change after a year or so.

I see your post. don't be confused.If you see the global market of ERP Major part is covered by SAP. Almost all the major companies are implemented SAP & in coming 2 years 4000 implementation is in pipeline.If you want further details please feel free to call on following nos.

definately sap in the number one giant in erp business at present.

But it is not to forget that oracle is also spreading its erp network in india as well as worldwide. And definately oracle database is the worlds biggest and most reliable database . With the new version " oracle fusion - 12.1.1. " oracle group will surely grasp the erp market in good quantam.

Oracle erp also has various advanced features like sap and it is also an user friendly erp system. Even at present , it is little bit cheaper than sap.
It gives a very good support after live implementations also with the help of their dedicated knowledgebase link called as " my oracle support "
