Dear All,
I am working as an Asst-Manager-Business Development for a facility management company based at ITO,i want to switch from marketing field to some other field, though i love this marketing field a lot and doing it from more than 3 yrs.
I think being a girl its difficult to pursue marketing career after marriage,Kindly suggest me whether my decision is right or i have to stick with the same field. i need your suggestion and help.
If you can also suggest me any inhouse marketing or some other job where i can fit myself.
Regards

Hi ,
If you have taken business development by choice it is ok to shift , but when you like what you are doing ,then pursue it as career and build your team so the growth is multiplied not only by your efforts, but by your team.
