Anirban:
Win-win situation is an ideal target in any labor disputes. If possible, management and workers should have their fair advantage over the conflicting economic and non-economic issues. But how should we arrive at this advantage when either interest takes precedence over the other, and therefore ends up in deadlock? Difficult! In such status, the company will be at risk.
Win-win situation in labor disputes occurs only when both management and employees are willing to merge on an agreement that is advantageous to both sides. Or when both are willing to adjust for the fair demand of the workers and sustainability demand of the company which the management is responsible to uphold.
If you have some related questions, feel free to open that up. I might be of help.
