Best HR Practices

I am Akshata working with Wipro. Was into recruitment for 2 years and joined to HR Role from past 15 days.
Wipro has its own best HR Practices. As a HR person i would like to start and implement some innovative HR Practices at Wipro.
Can anyone help me in achieving my goals and objectives.
