Moving to Dubai in Next week on VISIT VISA

Dear members,

Please Send me your own views on " Can I go to Dubai On Visit VISA to search for HR job with 3 yrs of EXP. I have accommodation over there. And also please let me know about the opportunities and salaries that i can earn. Financially I am very very bad position hance i have taken this decision please help me in this. Present my CTC is RS 18,500 even if i can change my employer i may get max of plus 30% on my present.
