I have been working into IT recruitment and general HRM for the past 2 years. Now, I want to move into banking or any other domain where I can get more exposure into general HR. Where can I get to know about the openings into these sectors??
Among the entire services sector... HR is best established in IT sector. If you need exposure you can might as well move within the industry in some other company which has some good policies and procedures in HR. Moving out of the industry would not be advisable unless the oppertunity is really worth.
For oppertunities in BFSI vertical... the best would be job portals again. Many companies also post openings in the Carrers Suppliment of the news papers. But generally its online. Try the portals the should help you.

good decision but it quiet diffcult to get into general hr
my advise is to join any smaller co. i mean where u can get much exposure to hr activites as well comapny activites.
