Campus Recruitment Proposal

Hi All;

Our Hr team is looking at Campus Recruitment that will help us hire fresh talent from Various Engineering and Non Engineering colleges. Our organization is fairly new in India, so we intend to use Campus Recruitment's for 2 purposes. 1 would be talent acquisition and the other branding. I have been requested by the operations team locally to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal which will be shared internationally as to why and how this will help our organization. I have participated in alot of events that involved Campus Recruitment but have never been exposed on how to prepare a Campus Recruitment Proposal?

They say there is always a first time to everything. So here it is! I request members who have earlier dealt with preparing a Campus Recruitment Proposal to help me out with their inputs. If someone already has a Campus Recruitment Proposal that they do not mind sharing there is nothing like it! I will look at the same and customize the same. It would be great if costs are also identified in this proposal..

We are a training organization by the name of HUMAN FACTOR based in New Delhi. We have been training for various sectors like AUTOMOBILE, INSURANCE, BANKS, Bops and Educational Institutes various states.

While doing training assignments with educational institutes ( Management and Engineering both ), we realised that the institutes are keen that we should help them with placements of their students in various industrial sectors.
