1.) Can Any body clarify weather we have to deduct PF on EL encashed at the time of Resignation of the Employee
2.) What will be the rate of contribution
3.) We had policy to encash EL Minimum 35 Days

Unless until Supreme Cpourt give the Judgement, no judgement can be treated as a LAW.
High court may give judgement in some circumstances but it will be not treated as a LAW. Pl note.
As per statutory Law, you have to deduct PF on leave encashment. rate of contribution will be same as 12%.
