Basically if youare going for interview for Payroll post then you must know, statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT. How to make challans, when the half yearly , yearly returns are to be filed. Eligibility criteria for PF , ESIC . Also you should know the basic of Bonus , Gratuity Act. Also basic of The applicable act, means the company in which you will be going for an interview ( factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act etc)
Also the additional advantge will be knowledge of tax and filling of ETDS return.
