hiiii....
if u really wish to get into the field of hr and make hr as ur career...i wud suggest u to go for a diploma in human resources which is for 2yrs...bt if u want the best of ur luck and in career as a hr den i wud suggest plsss devote sum time nd go for masters in hr becos just for time purpose ppl go for diplomas bt diplomas arent having much scope in corporate world...so u can definately go for doing masters ...u also have an option for part-time masters which is better dan diploma...
hope i cud have changed ur mind for devoting 2 yrs for masters...cos it really is helpful...i myself have experienced and dats why suggesting u...

I think a one year MBA with HR specialization will make lot of sense to an experienced candidate. I'm in a two year program but feel that if you are too focused on your specialization then a one year course should be sufficient.
