What are the acts a HR professional needs to know?

Hi all,

I am new to citehr.

But, after so long time, I could able to clarify my doubts now...only through citehr! this is really wonderful!

I have one question now...

What are the governing laws in HR field?

I mean...what are the acts we need to have knowledge in?

seniors... pls give me a rough idea about this.....pls...

Dear All,

First of all ,this time is totally change earlier most of company have only one department ( HR & PERS.) but now that time have been gone, Now if we are seeing big and fast growing company we will find HR & PERSONNEL both are different and it's right.

Because A HR person generally dealing in human being.
and A Personnel person dealing gov. and Labour depatt.

So Firstly we know about Role of HR & Personnel
