Guide me pls

Hi,

Have 5 yrs of experience in recruitment & HR in IT industry, currently at chennai.

I want to be General HR Functions only, as my current responsibility is only into recruitment am planning to resign my job.

Do i resign or not or i sholud try outside from working here. Am in confusion now.

Can anybody guide me how to get into general HR.

Hai Usha,

Now You are Recruitment Field if you want to change your Field into General HR,

1. First You Try get Job in Junior Level Post in Good Company
2. You have to create the Relationship with General HR Persons
3. I think, You find and make a relationship with Non IT HR People, because they are having much experience in general HR and Personnel activities,
4. Also improve your knowledge in Statutory and Legal fileds
