Hi,

I am responding but only to remind you that there are no gimmicks or th tricksof the trade that will help you make the lecture interesting. You might even get a few suggestions, but do not rely heavily on these.

If you have lived IR, you do not have to make any effort to make your lecture interesting. Just share your experiences, do not give out the final outcome and get the participants to exercise their minds to draw conclusions. Steer the discussion in enhance their involvement and help them arrive at rational conclusions.

"Right" or "wrong" in IR is usually a matter theory, ethics and personalities, but what "works" could be entirely outside the domain of these "rights" and "wrongs". This ofcourse you learn when you live IR.

Essentially IR is the dynamics if collective relationship exercises within th organizational setting-bound by the organizational parameters!

IR takes a lot of time to practice, understand and to conceptualize.

Kindly do not look for suggestions from the forum. Even if you get some, unless you have lived the reality, you presentation may lack credibility!
It is far better to personally interact with a senior IR professional and hone your presentations.

Sorry, following these suggestions need time but ther are no short-cuts in this area please!

Regards
