i am really surprised to see your query, oraganisations conduct appraisals to know the actual performance & potential of the employee. based on your inputs, org plan for your future improvements by providing training, suggestions etc..
you need not to impress your rewivers by intelligent answers, just write facts.moreover however impressive suggestion of this cite members, they may not necessarily suit your situations.
