Default Learn New Methods in Recruitment

Dear All

A single case of bad recruitment at the entry level supervisory role could cost the organization an estimated Rs. 40 lakhs in various costs .

Companies are grappling and are increasingly concerned with

How do we reduce attrition in the company due to poor recruitment !!!

How do we ensure we get the right candidate in terms of not only technical knowledge but also behavior and attitude for all positions!!!

Ensuring that recruitment processes are consistent !!!

Ensuring that the best of global recruitment practices are implemented !!!

Create a better image of the company

less complaints about recruiters !!!

Is there a way where these concerns can be remedied?

……Yes, an international program can ensure these issues are reduced
