Hi My Friend is working with ICICI Bank , Mumbai....She did her MBA- HR and got campus job at ICICI.
The Only program she is facing is the correct job profile........
. First she was with Operation and then with HR dept and now with L & D.....
Before joining,I suggest get your KRAs clear with the reporting manager and then join.......Or else you will only jump from one dept to another.

I personally experienced that working with ICICI is something you get your professional degree from a reputed organisation. Here getting an experience in any field is valueless. You cannot count the degree you hold. Let it be in Sales/Mktg, Collxns/Recoveries or in HR Department.
It is indeed a University. Assume that your are a small fish in a big pond. There are n number of fishes like you. But some are big and some are small. Infact, big fishes became big when they got the experience and the small fishes has to become a big fish one day. It is purely measured on your perfomance. Its you who to decide whether to be a big fish or to be a small fish in that big pond.
