For Ex:-
Payslip for the month of "oct 07 "
Personal Details like this to come first
Name : PF Number :
Emp id : Esi Number :
Dept : D.O.J :
Design : D.O.B :
then earnings column
Basic : D.A : Allowances: Gross: "Add all the columns you will get the gross amount"
then Deduction column
Pf: (Basic + da ) *12% ESI: Gross*1.75% Total deduction :PF + ESI
Net amount : Gross - Total deduction
by this way you can create in Excel
