I have made an excel file in which I have one sheet on annual calendar, & the monthly sheets & then one sheet of annual budget.

This is one pattern which I keep handy after scheduling dates to different floors in the last week of every month, as I am with a retail company.
This is useful for my day to day recall.

Hi,
I have designed a training card to fill in evaluatory scores of trainees after the workshops.
I am maintaining a card for each trainee. Is there any format in which I can maintain scores of all the trainees who attend a workshop.Ex- if in an year 40 trainees attend my workshop on better time management-- is there a format --kinda mother sheet-- where I can maintain the evaluatory sheets of all 40 for an year?
Kindly share opinions.
