:? let's i would like ask some short of the discussion on IR that " how to involve IR in computer software sector to lead in Software development field and its effectiveness to developments of the staffs of the same software industry"

Dear Devendra,

Thank you very much for explaining the IR in india in its basic form. I agree with your views that if the very basic problems are addressed, would result in a better Industrial Harmony.
I would suggest that we should look in to each area focussed by you and strive to achieve some generic solutions, which may be used by the fellow professionals in their own areas with certain alterations and modifications.

Hi all

To the best of my knowledge, IR practices were at 1st adopted, regulated & implemented by TATA Group (in India) between 1910 - 1912.
