i m a central monitoring coordinator of a call centre process & want to improve my skills to match my candidature with manager- operations profile. i came to know there are lot of other things that are not related to your talent, qualifications, capabilities etc. but are most important in image building of a versatile professional while at interview for such a responsible cadre like manager- operations.
as i've experienced so far in my 3 yrs. long career span in ites industry there is nothing but an advanced glossary of professional/business terms, abbreviations & commonly used slangs like BPO, KPO, PRA, KRA etc. which give u advantage while using them at interview.
i want to know all these abbreviations/slangs or if i could find a glossary of these terms somewhere on net.
your suggestion can greatly cause a hike in my career which i deserve but i don't know why others get success in front of me having lesser experience, qualification or achievements.
