hai
i have done my B.E and MBA (Mktg and HR) in regular. I have also finished the theory papers in M.Phil (HR mgmt) and yet to submit my thesis on 360 degree feedback at HCL systems. I am working as a Manager (M&E) in a World Bank funded state government operated project for the past 6 years. I have designed job specifications and have recruited people for the project. I am also experienced in budget preparations and furnishing of Financial Management Reports in International formats. I am also pursuing a PGDPM& IR course through correspondence. I want to switch over to private sector in HR line. Can you please guide me on what my chances are? My email id is

There is opening at jaipur for Engineers. Anyone intrested do forward their resumes.
The interviews will be conducted at jaipur till 20 Jan 08 and then at chennai.
